Staff: Twedt Hailes

Twedt joins Friends of the Children with over ten years of development experience. Working with a foundation and non-profit in the past, she loves the small details and relationship-building aspects of her career the best. Aside from her work in philanthropy, Twedt has also coached collegiate rowing, where her focus was coxswain development. Twedt and her husband, Walter, love hosting dinner parties, where homemade pizza is usually on the menu. Their 17-year-old bichon, Hernando, runs their household and frequently joins them on hikes around the state.
